We hope you like littli products to be as comfortable to use as we do, but understand that personal preference is key in being a part of your daily life. If you are not satisfied with your littli product, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date it is delivered to you and request a full refund. 

If you are returning the product please contact us with the subject line: "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" and include the following information:

  • Order number.
  • The original purchase receipt (retain a copy).
  • Contact information
  • Reason for return.

Please kindly note that

①claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and no later than 30 days following the date on the receipt.

②Applications received later than 30 days will be rejected. 

③The qualifying littli product being returned must appear the receipt.

④If the product is not detailed on the receipt or the applicant does not have a receipt, the application will not be processed.

⑤Failure to produce the proof of purchase will result in invalidation and forfeiture of any right to a refund.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by littli covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time-frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

  • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 365days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that are no longer within their original warranty timeframe or the 365-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.




Damaged& Incorrect items return

If an order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please take a picture of the package and items you received (it will help us to determine the issue) please contact us with the subject line “PRODUCT ISSUE” and include the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Contact information
  • Pictures showing item and packaging.
  • Description of the problem.




If for some reason a package was refused at the time of delivery or wrong address details were given (suite/apartment number or any other information that would be needed to complete the delivery) order would be returned to us and contact us as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. You can refuse the package after it arrives. Please keep in mind, you will be charged 5 for returning in this case.


General information for all returns

  1. You are free to return any item within 30 days of receipt.
  2. All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from illegitimate resource


If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return, the following conditions will apply:

Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.

The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item, as applicable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
