Klarna: What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to buy products now and pay for them only after you've received the items, free of interest. 

Please be aware that Klarna's services are a form of credit, so you have to be 18 + years old to use Klarna as a payment method.

When could I make changes to my refill plan?

Changes to your Refill Plan must be done before the date your brush heads are scheduled to be processed.

Is the refill service mandatory?

Nope! You can always purchase littli on its own. Just choose the One-Time Purchase option when you are selecting your littli on the product page.


Can I cancel my refill plan?

You sure can! Please cancel your refill plan at any time by logging into your account.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  3. Go to the Refill Plan tab
  4. Click on “Cancel Refill Plan” at the bottom of the page

Cancellations must be done before the date your brush heads are scheduled to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly after successfully cancelling your Refill Plan.

Please note: cancelling a Refill Plan will not cancel a Refill Order that has already been processed. If you've cancelled after your refill has started to process, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my refill order?

Sorry, we're unable to change the date a refill order is scheduled to generate a Refill Plan. Our Refill Plans are fully automated to generate an order after your initial order date.

How do I refill the littli Portable Pop-Up Floss Dispenser?
  1. Open the cover in the direction of the arrow.
  2. Put the replacement flosses into the dispenser, and press down the cover.
  3. Ensure to install successfully by hearing a heavy click.
