How do I know when my next brush head delivery is scheduled?

You can view your next delivery date by logging into your account.

Can I skip my upcoming brush head delivery?

You sure can! To skip one or more refill items from your next automatic refill order, please log into your account and edit your plan.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  3. Go to the Refill Plan tab
  4. Click on “Skip this order” at the bottom of the page
  5. Click on “Skip this order” again on the pop-up message to confirm

Skips must be done before the date your brush heads are scheduled to be processed.

Can I update my shipping address for my refill plan?

You sure can! Please update your shipping address by logging into your account.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  3. Go to the Shipping Addresses tab
  4. Click on your current shipping address
  5. Input your new information
  6. Click on “Update shipping address” to save your changes

Updates to your shipping address must be done before the date your brush heads are scheduled to be processed.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship free of charge to UK and most EU locations on orders over20.

How do I know my order is?

Each delivery is sent with tracking number,so you can always check the latest status of the delivery. After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number.

What if my tracking didn't update?

Sometimes, a missed scan can delay tracking details. This usually resolves within a few days, and your package will arrive soon. However, if there has been no tracking movement in more than 10-14 business days, please contact us!
